To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the alongside refit on and for CCGS Sir William Alexander in
accordance with specification No. 13-S036-002-2 while the vessel
is alongside the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth,
NS.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

WORK PERIOD:

Commencement 13 June 2013;
Completion 19 July 2013.
