Nature of Requirements:
Elevator and Dumbwaiter Repairs, Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton, AB
Work under this standing offer includes the provision of all
labour, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and
transportation as requested by Department of National Defence in
the form of call-ups for maintenance of elevators and lifting
devices at the Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton AB. Services are to
be provided on an "as and when requested basis". It is
anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.
Code of Conduct:

Debriefing:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
