For the provision of all labour, equipment and transportation
required to perform high voltage power line repairs and
installations 12.5KV and below for underground and overhead
transmission and distribution lines for the Department of
National Defence's 14 Wing Greenwood location in Greenwood, Nova
Scotia.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from October 1 2012 -
September 30, 2013 with the option to extend its offer for two
(2) additional one-year periods.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing
date, for each individual who is currently on the Offeror's
Board of Directors.
The following Mandatory Criteria must be met: (please see the
Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document for complete
details).
1.1.1.1 The offeror's proposed Certified Powerline
Technician(s) must have a minimum of five (5)
years experience.
1.1.1.2 The offeror must provide proof that each Certified
Powerline Technician is a Certified Powerline
Technician and has a minimum of five years experience.
1.1.1.3 The offeror must have access the following equipment
which may be necessary to
provide the required powerline repairs: a minimum of one (1) 45
ft insulated Bucket Line Truck, and
a minimum of one (1) 24 in. Auger Truck.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
