The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the installation, repair and maintenance of overhead doors at 3rd Division Area Support Garrison, Wainwright, AB as as outlined in Annex A. The Standing Offer is requested for a period of three (3) years from the date of offer issuance.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
