REPAIR AND OVERHAUL FOR SERVICE BOATS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair
& Overhaul services as specified in the Annex A of the attached
RFP, for a fleet of ten (10) 9 M RHIBs. The services will
include TIES, SITS, FSR and MRP. The Contractor is required to
have a minimum of two (2) local service centres, with at least
one within 150km of Halifax/Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and one
within 150 km of Esquimalt, British Columbia.
Period of Contract will be from the date of contract award to
March 31, 2015 inclusively with the option to extend by three
(3) additional one (1) year periods.
This procurement is covered by the World Trade Organization -
Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada-Peru -
Fair Trade Agreemnt (FTA), Canada-Columbia Fair Trade Agreement
(FTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
