PARTIAL REPAIRS OF THE MAIN BREAKWATER
Rivière-au-Renard (Québec)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.

DESCRIPTION
Provide the required labour, materials, tools and equipments to
perform the partial repair of the main breakwater of the
Rivière-au-Renard Harbor, province of Québec.

The work includes, among other things, the following elements:
Consolidate a portion of the breakwater on a 55 meters length
with units of stone weigthing 10 to 15 metric tonnes.
The breakwater section to be repaired must be excavated in order
to allow the installation of the rip rap.
Excavated materials will be placed at the back of the breakwater.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
This tender contains no security requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
The Proponent must hold, at solicitation closing date, a valid
building contractor's licence issued by the Régie du Bâtiment du
Québec (RBQ) in the class required to perform the work; and
provide with his tender a bid security that comply to the
General Instructions to Bidders.

COST
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $1,000,001.00
and $5,000,000.00.

PERIOD OF WORK
Work must be completed by November 30, 2012.
