Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a qualified proponent to undertake the proposed building repair work for Buildings 2-5, 7 (Public Market), 39-41 (Net Loft), 89 (Festival House) and 93 (Waterfront Theater), located at Granville Island, Vancouver, BC. The buildings are fully occupied with tenants and open to the public. The proponent will conduct all work with minimal disturbance of or inconvenience to building occupants and visitors. The proponent will cooperate with CMHC and its Representatives to schedule operations to minimize conflict.
The mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM (PST).
The term of the resulting contract is expected to be for a period of 6 months. The total value of this contract is expected to be $230,000 including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the ITT document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on March 1, 2017.
