Full description

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requires change management and organization development services on an as and when required basis to support the Human Resources Planning, Systems and Analytics Directorate in its human resources responsibilities during the implementation of the Responding to Today, Building for the Future (RTBF) framework until March 31, 2020 plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
This project is anticipated to be an 18 months assignment with one optional extension period. The project includes developing change management and workforce capacity management strategies for all the change initiatives under the RTBF framework, which implicates all
