Canadian companies interested in these opportunities must be nominated by the Canadian Joint Delegation to NATO. Note deadline of 12 August 2013 to contact the Canadian Joint Delegation, quoting Opportunity # 25/13.

Security Classification: NATO SECRET.

Potential Bidders: Must be from a participating NATO country. Bidders may associate for implementation of the contract and place a joint bid. Although it is planned to place contracts covering all works & services as a whole, tender call may provide for a subdivision into separate lots. A security deposit of 5% of the gross contract amount will be requested for fulfilment of the contract and 3% for deficiency claims.

Delivery Date: The planned tender release date 01 October 2013. The scheduled Bid Closing date is scheduled for 08 January 2014. Anticipated Contract Award date is 08 April 2014, and the anticipated period of performance will March to December 2014.
