Request for Proposals for Accessibility Testing Services for the Parks and Recreation Registration and Booking System It is the intention of the City to award a contract to the highest-ranked Supplier meeting the requirements of the Request for Proposal. Suppliers must meet all mandatory requirements in order to be considered. Notwithstanding the dates and times shown in this notice, Suppliers are to note the following: Solicitation documents are available only in SAP Ariba, the City's Online Procurement System, at the Public Posting link shown in this notice, and responses must be submitted in SAP Ariba. The Submission Deadline will be the later of (a) 12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on September 8, 2026, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. Suppliers must be registered on SAP Ariba to initiate or continue doing business with the City.
