Scope of Work: FCC is seeking to identify and select an external partner with suitable capacity and expertise to provide the following services:
Annual sales tax review: FCC operates more than 100 offices across Canada and therefore transacts using various sales taxes (i.e. GST, HST, PST, QST). The purpose of the sales tax review is to identify opportunities for sales tax recoveries and to identify potential sales tax exposures.
Preparation of FCC’s GST returns: FCC files GST returns on an annual basis and requires a partner that can provide the applicable knowledge and expertise to assist FCC with the preparation of those returns.
FCC is seeking to enter into an agreement for the provision of these services for three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
