Tender description
Canada is initiating a two-stage Design-Build juried solicitation process to retain an individual firm or Joint Venture to provide Design and Build Services (DB) for the Official Residence Rehabilitation at 24 Sussex Drive (24 Sussex), located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Canada reserves the right to invoke a national security exception to Canada’s Trade Agreements for this procurement. If invoked, this procurement will be excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.
