This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the Client). This requirement consists of professional services, on an ?as and when requested? basis through a task authorization process, to maintain, test, troubleshoot, analyze, design, and upgrade the full the Defence Learning Network (DLN) system.
It is intended for result in the award of a contract for a period of 2 year, plus 3-1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada toextend the term of the contract.
