description of the bid solicitation. Bidders are advised that
substitute products will not be considered.

and/or Manufacturer's Traceability clauses of the requirement.
The Manufacturer must be approved by the Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) to manufacture the subject item. Proof will
be required as deemed necessary.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
