To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) with a
supplier on behalf of Environment Canada, Meteorological
Services of Canada, located at Downsview, Ontario. This RISO is
for the supply, manufacture and delivery of Hydrogen Gas Storage
Tank Systems, and associated parts, built in accordance with the
"build-to-print" drawing packages in Annex "A" Requirement on an
"as and when requested" basis.
The estimated business volume is approximately four (4) tank
systems per year, up to a maximum of ten (10) tank systems per
year, while not exceeding twenty (20) tank systems over the
period of the standing offer.
It is the intent to issue one standing offer as a result of this
solicitation.
All deliverables must be delivered within 8-10 weeks after
receipt of call-up against the Standing Offer.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.
The Basis of Selection will be based on the lowest-priced
responsive bid.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
