CRFs provide accommodation, monitoring and general support and assistance in reintegrating the offender into the community. As well, the CRF shall provide residential mental health services to those offenders referred by the Mental Health Review committee, case management, Outreach Support Services in the areas of life skills, employment/education/training, recreational activites, medication management/monitoring and other similar support services.
