The Canadian Transportation Agency intends to award 2 contracts, per resource category (Staffing, Organizational Design and Classification and Human Resources categories) each category will be for a Senior and an Intermediate level resource, up to 6 contracts, from contract award date to March 31, 2018, plus three additional one year option periods. The highest ranked supplier in each Resource category will be awarded the main TA contract (up to 3 awards) and the second ranked supplier in each Resource category will be awarded the second TA contract (up to 3 awards) to be used as a back-up or if additional resources are urgently required or if the first supplier can't produce qualified resources.
All resources should be fluent in both of the official languages of Canada (English and French) but Unilingual resources may or will be accepted if they pass the mandatory and rated requirements and must be available to work Monday to Friday during daytime.
Bidders can bid on all or any one Resource category of work but must submit a Senior and Intermediate resource in each category they bid on as specified in the Annex A -Statement of Work, and must submit one separate bid on each specified category of work. Canada requests that the Bidder clearly identifies in the first pages of its bid which category they are bidding on.
