Transport Canada (TC), Air Services Directorate (ASD) has a requirement for an overhaul or advance exchange of one (1) unserviceable Brake Assembly; worn to in-service limits. Part No: 604-85123-101 (VPN 5012333) Serial Number DEC01-1079, removed from a CL600-2B16 (Challenger 604) aircraft; in addition, the component must be in-compliance with Vendor Bulletin VB5012333-32-02 Introduction of New Heat Stack with Tungsten-Carbide Coated Rotor Channels.
Delivery is requested by:March 30, 2022, however expedited delivery may be required and requested before then if an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) occurs.
Bidders may submit for Advanced Exchange or Overhaul.
The repair facility (if applicable) must be the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility.
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
