Supply of one complete laboratory rheometer system, capable of
measuring and characterizing the rheological properties (both
flow and deformation behavior) of liquids, pastes, gels and food
products (e.g. dough) along with the supply of a software system
suitable for the control, data acquisition, and analysis of the
output, in accordance with the terms and conditions and as
further detailed in the Request for Proposal.
The system must be delivered to Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada,
196 Innovation Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada R3T 2N2 on or
before March 31, 2014.
