This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the Business Transformation and Electronic Services Delivery Streams.
ALL qualified Tier 1 SBIPS SA Holders providing services in the National Capital region have been invited to bid on this requirement.
Description of Work:
The Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) is looking to build on the momentum and existing base of work to improve the uptake and experience of NRCan’s energy efficiency policies, services, and tools. The requirement associated with this work is looking to improve what we do and how we do it, by creating the conditions and using experimentation to test and accelerate the adoption of energy efficient behaviours through services that are integrated, relevant, and designed through the user lens.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
