Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice:
This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement on Highway 41 southwest of Wakaw, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as November 2026, with a specified completion date as early as February 28, 2027. The Ministry of Highways reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.

Description of the Work: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE 750 mm DIAMETER SMOOTH WALL STEEL PIPE CULVERT by the boring method through the Roadway on Highway No. 41, approximately 8.2 km southwest of its junction with Highway No. 2, near Wakaw; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 40 m.
