The National Capital Commission proposes to undertake the construction of new prefabricated pedestrian bridge on helical piles in Luskville within Gatineau Park, Province of Québec

Construction of the new Chartrand stream Pedestrian and Equestrian Bridge includes:
.1 Dewatering for structure excavation (as required)
.2 Excavation
.3 Pile Foundations
.4 Installation of steel helical piles
.5 Installation of pile caps
.6 Construction of steel cribwork
.7 Backfill
.8 Placement of river stone
.19 Supply and placement of pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge
.10 Installation of non-treated timber deck
.11 Installation of steel pedestrian rail
.12 Placement of top soil and seed
.13 Other related work

A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 10am Ottawa Time. The meeting place will be the intersection of Hwy 148 and Chemin Pilon, near Luskville, QC. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
