Objective
To provide independent third-party administration of estates of deceased and dependent adult First Nations people who may be eligible for compensation type settlements, and who are unable or do not have the resources to make an application on behalf of a deceased family members estate and for mentally incompetent First Nations people whose administrators of property are unable to make an application.
SCOPE OF WORK / TASKS
An independent third-party entity would be appointed as co-administrator for the estates of deceased and mentally incompetent First Nations people who may be eligible for compensation type settlements, and would require 10+ years of experience with a recognized professional certification, to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required of the projects, and possess the expertise to maintain project documentation and records of approximately 7,000+ clients throughout the duration of the contract.
