Canadian Food Inspection Agency have a requirement for the
supply of fifty-two (52) weekly shipments of 3 x 500mL bottles
of Defibrinated Sheep Blood and one (1) 500mL bottle of
Defibrinated Horse Blood. An irrevocable option to extend the
contract for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods has
been included. An irrevocable option to purchase up to 208,
500mL bottles of Defibrinated Sheep Blood and up to 120, 500mL
bottles of Defibrinated Horse Blood and up to 48, 500mL bottles
of Laked Horse Blood has been included.
The Contract is from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. Delivery
will be made to Ottawa, Ontario
The Defibrinated Horse, Defibrinated Sheep and Laked Horse Blood
must meet all the mandatory technical requirements stated in the
RFP and as attached in Annex A .

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
