REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
Library and Archives Canada (LAC) Digitazation Division has a
requirement for a 150ppm scanner with the capacity to produce a
high volume of quality digital images. LAC will have th option
to purchase up to three (3) additional scanners within the first
year of the contract.
This requirement requires a one (1) year on-site warranty in the
National Capital Region.
Bidders must propose a system meeting the minimum mandatory
specifications detailed in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
The estimated value of the contract including options is $
500,000.00 (GST/HST extra).
DELIVERY
Delivery is required no later than March 28, 2014.
EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid and
will be required to meet or exceed a set of minimum mandatory
specifications to be declared responsive. The responsive bid
with the Lowest Total Evaluated Price will be recommended for
award of the contract.
