Requirement
Industry Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of
14 scanners. Each scanner must come with a 3 year on-site
warranty.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received within 2 weeks of the
contract award date.
Evaluation
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
