CSC- Urinalysis Program
Title: Urinalysis Sample Collection
Requirement:
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), St. John's, NL has a
requirement for Urinalysis Sample Collection Services, on an as
and when requested basis, for male and/or female offenders
released on Community Supervision, which is a requirement under
the Correctional and Conditional Release Act (CCRA).
Samples collected are forwarded for lab testing for
substance/alcohol use. Collection for subsequent
testing allows CSC to ensure cases with special conditions to
abstain can have their abstinence
conditions monitored. The period of standing offer is May 1,
2013 to April 30, 2014 with two (2) separate and additional
options to renew at May1, 2014, and 2015.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bidders must submit the following mandatory criteria with their
proposal. Failure to do so will result in your offer deemed
non-responsive and not evaluated further.
- Proof of Vehicle Liability Insurance: coverage as described
in the above paragraph.
- Proof of a valid drivers license
- Official Languages: English: Spoken ___ Written ___
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer.
