Request for Proposals (RFP) –Development Operations Security (DevOpsSec) as a Service
About Farm Credit Canada (FCC):
FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture lender, with a healthy portfolio of more than $30 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and its role in feeding an ever-growing world. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and agri-food industry. Our profits are reinvested back into agriculture and the communities where our customers and employees live and work. For more information, visit www.fcc.ca.
Scope of Work:
FCC needs help managing its Cloud Services environments. FCC’s Cloud Services environments include Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. FCC has critical workloads for Test/Development and Production running in both Clouds, and need 24/7 monitoring and incident response. FCC expects the successful respondent to have a Security Operations Center, and to watch the data like it is their own.
While FCC is looking for a managed service, FCC also wants a partner. FCC teams will be developing against the Cloud environments and we need to work together with velocity and strong business outcomes. The successful respondent must be comfortable with FCC’s rate of change and some ambiguity.
RFP Format: RFP responses should include:

a high level overview of your plan to gather the information required (for example: workshops, interviews, site visits, etc.) and to provide the expected deliverables.
