DESTINATION: Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to Trenton, Ontario

DELIVERY: is highly desirable for March 15, 2014.

(70,000 lbs) WITH HYDRAULIC SLIDING AXLE (53 FEET) LONG, TANDEM
AXLE, in accordance with Annex "B" - Purchase Description, FCA
Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's
Canadian distibution point.

The option may be exercised within twelve (12) months after
contract award.
