Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Solicitation - W0107-21EM02/A Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services
The Department of National Defence (DND) Garrison Petawawa requires the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, materials, tools,transportation, equipment, supervision required to provide laundry and dry cleaning services, including pickup and delivery on an "as and when" requested basis. These services will be required at various buildings throughout Garrison Petawawa.
The period for placing call-ups against this Standing Offer will be from date of award to 30 September 2023.
Suppliers are asked to submit their questions, comments and inquiries regarding the Request for Standing Offer by fax, mail or email, if they wish. Questions should be sent by email at c••••••••@••••••••.••.ca.
Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Standing Offer process. Suppliers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Standing Offer process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
