Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an Agreement with a vendor for the purpose of providing Waste Management Services for the Granville Island site, located in Vancouver, BC.
The Services include the removal of solid mixed waste products, cardboard, organics and single-stream recycling items. All products will be hauled to public or licensed private solid waste facilities and transfer stations on a regularly scheduled basis as agreed with CMHC.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period of two (2) years, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $420,000 CAD annually inclusive of taxes and $2.1 million, inclusive of taxes for the entire term of the contract, inclusive of the renewal term.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on April 30, 2019.
