This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W3380-11J025/A dated 2014-04-15 with a
closing of 2014-05-26 at 02:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Amendment 001 is being raised to modify Annex A- Statement of
Work. The solicitation closing date remains unchanged.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
collection, packaging, transportation and conversion or disposal
of waste generated by the Farnham Garrison, as well as the
rental of containers for the waste.
The waste in question includes:
a) solid waste;
b) paper and cardboard;
c) co-mingled plastics/glass/metals;
d) dry materials, including:
d.1. construction, renovation and demolition waste;
d.2. waste asphalt and concrete;
d.3. sand, gravel and uncontaminated soil;
d.4. unsorted dry materials;
e) organic matter.
All of the specifications are detailed in Annex A - Statement of
Work of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Period of contract: 2 years with 2 option years

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
