Natural Resources Canada requires the services from a consultant or team of consultants with significant experience and demonstrated capabilities in engagement services using online tools and remote arrangements to facilitate discussions, as well as gather input and feedback from stakeholders on specific topics related to flood mapping and geospatial standards. Specific objectives to be achieved under this contract are:
Continued active engagement with key stakeholder groups for the Flood Mapping and GeoConnection programs to achieve the best possible outcomes of multiple complex initiatives.
Maximise engagement opportunities, especially under current travel and face-to-face meeting restrictions, through use of flexible approaches (e.g. use of online tools, virtual meetings, etc.).
Ensure that the various activities are planned, executed and reported on in a professional manner that yields the desired outcomes.
