The Department of National Defense (DND) requires passenger shuttle services in the National Capital Region (NCR). These services are required on a weekday basis to transport personnel between buildings in Ottawa and Gatineau. Nine (9) shuttle buses equipped with wheelchair access are required for a period up to five (5) years.
