Nature of Requirements:
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), an agency of Industry Canada has a requirement for the provision of trademark support services namely: a customized Trademarks Search System, a Classification Service and a Translation and publication Formatting Service.
Services will be required for a period of three years from date of the contract with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for up to two additional periods of one year each. It is anticipated that the majority of the work will be performed in the National Capital Region.
