Service de Supervision de l'examen de compétence d'agent de brevets et de marques de commerce pour 20018-2019

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of The Canadian Intellectual Property Office to provide, as and when requested, examination supervision Services for CIPO’s patent and trade-mark agent qualification examinations. It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts, one (1) for region 1 Western Canada, one (1) for region 2 Central Canada or one (1) contract for both regions, each for two (2) years, plus 3 one (1) year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
Each bidder may submit one (1) bid for Region 1 Western Canada and/or one (1) bid for Region 2 Central Canada. Bidders may choose to submit bids for both Region 1 and Region 2.
