Portable Latrie System Services
For the Department of National Defence establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of outdoor sanitary services to include supervision, labour, materials, transportation and equipment to pump and dispose of septage from portable latrines, wintertime bagged effluent, grey water containers and hand wash stations for Garrison Petawawa on an "as and when" requested basis.
The Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2021.
Optional Site Visit
It is optional that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held at Garrison Petawawa, BLDG. S-111 Rm C-114 on WEDNESDAY, 13 JUNE 2018. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Offerors must communicate with the Standing Offer Authority no later the three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person (s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Standing Offer process. Suppliers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Standing Offer process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
