Nature of Requirements:
Catering Services, Yellowknife
The Department of National Defence, Yellowknife, NT has a
requirement for the provision of all labour, materials
(including food), tools, equipment, transportation/delivery and
supervision necessary to provide catering services during the
annual leadership training session in Yellowknife.
Participants will travel from various northern communities,
arriving in Yellowknife no later than 28 September 2014 and
departing no sooner than 4 October 2014.
Breakfast, lunch and supper shall be provided in a buffet
setting for up to 100 persons.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
