Notice of Proposed Procurement

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement under
Stream 2, General Engineering and Related Services of the
Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply
Arrangement (SA) for one (1) Senior Engineer on an as-and-when
requested basis for seventeen (17) months plus three (3)
additional twelve (12)-month optional periods to coordinate the
ERYX disposal activities, the Close Area Suppression Weapons
(CASW) Qualified Ammunition Technical Authority (QATA) tasks,
and the System Engineering/Test & Evaluation (T&E) activities
and QATA task for the Small Arms Modernization project (SAM) and
Carl Gustaf Upgrade projects, and provide recommendations on
those activities.

This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Technical,
Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement
(SA), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File
No. E60ZH-070002.

The requirement is open only to PWGSC TEMS Suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the following TEMS SA Steam:

requirement. This requirement is subject to the Controlled
Goods Program.
