The Correctional Service of Canada, Regional Psychiatric Centre,
Saskatoon, SK has a requirement for the provision of Physician
Services for a period from date of award to 31 March 2014 with
four additional one year periods.
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on 5 March
2013 at 10:00 am at the Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520
Central Ave, Saskatoon, SK. Bidders must communicate with the
Contracting Authority no later than six (6) day(s) before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of
the person(s) who will attend.
The Contractor and assigned personnel must possess or be able to
obtain security clearances prior to the site visit. The
Institutional Access CPIC Clearance request must be submitted at
least 5 working days prior to the site visit. Failure to submit
this form will result in individuals being denied access to the
site visit.
