Natural Resources Canada requires the services of a Contractor
to provide advisory services as defined in Annex "A" Statement
of Work. Services will be required from the date of Contract
award until March 31, 2015, with an option to extend the
Contract by one additional one-year period.

Highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
