This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
One (1) Level 3 Project Executives #1 (P.5) - 120 days per year
Three (3) Level 3 Project Manager (P.9) – 220 days per year/resource
Two (2) Level 3 Business Analyst #2 (B.1) – Total of 220 per Year
Two (2) Level 1 Business Analyst #2 (B.1) – Total of 120 per Year
The objective of this requirement is to obtain the professional services of the above mentioned categories on an “as and when requested” basis. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking the advisory services of an organization (the “Contractor”) to help establish, enable and support the creation and ongoing performance of the transformation programme office with the Transformation Branch.
