Acting Services for Training Purposes
The Canadian Police College (CPC) is a centre for professional education for members of the Canadian and international policing community. Education services offered include “Advanced and Specialized Police Training”, a program for advanced operational training in specialized areas for experienced police officers.
In line with its mission, the CPC requires professional acting services for role playing live training scenarios as part of various courses to be delivered at the CPC on an as-and-when-requested basis.
It is anticipated that the services of the Contractor will be required for approximately 1-3 days within a 1-2 week course, on an as-and-when-requested basis.
Qualification and Evaluation Process:
Bidders must be able to meet the mandatory technical criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGO),
Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) and Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be one (1) year from date of contract award with the irrevocable option for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
