The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of food services to its operations at the Albert Head
Air Cadet Summer Training Centre. This requirement includes the
purchase of food supplies and ingredients, cooking, serving to
authorized personnel, and clean-up of the dining facilities and
equipment. Upwards of 500 personnel require food service support
during the summer months, with lesser food service support being
required throughout the remainder of the year.
The requested Contract period is for 19 months, from June 1,
2013 until December 31, 2014.
The Contract shall include a provision for an option to extend
for an additional two (2) one-year terms, from January 1, 2015 -
December 31, 2015 and from January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016.
