The Wheat Pathology Laboratory at Morden Research and Development Centre, located in Morden MB, requires the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) accumulation and fusarium damage kernels (FDK) in whole wheat grain. The Pathology Lab does not have the resources to perform this analysis in large amounts of samples, and must find another means to obtain the information on a minimum of 2,000 with a potential of up to 5,500.00 samples per year; over 3 years.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE RFP DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.
Enquiries must be received by the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date specified herein to allow sufficient time to provide a response.

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
Electronic Mail Submissions MUST be delivered to and received by the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00 p.m. DST (local Winnipeg time) Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
