Description:
The services of an Architectural firm, acting as Prime Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to facilitate the implementation of new supply/return steam lines for the existing Support Services Building in Regina, Saskatchewan for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
The period of the contract is four (4) years from date of contract award. The Consultant grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract under the same conditions and by multiple option periods to align with the completion of the separate but corresponding construction contract including warranty periods.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
