Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services required to provide Resident Construction services during the construction of berthage space in Bonavista Harbour, Bonavista, Newfoundland and Labrador (NFLD). Three firms are invited under the Marine Engineering speciality services in NFLD in accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement #E0225-141687.
