Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Architect, acting as prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of design services required for the construction of Transport Canada’s National Aerial Surveillance Program (NASP), Aircraft Hangar in Iqaluit, Nunavut, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.
The RFP process will be conducted in a single phase selection process. Proponents responding to the RFP are requested to submit a full and complete proposal comprised of the qualifications, experience and organization of their proposed consultant team; their approach to performing the technical work, and their pricing and terms offered. Proponents must submit all technical information together with their price proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
