Full description

Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), seeks the services of a Contractor to provide Quality Assurance and Third-Party Commissioning services for the New Embassy in Mexico City. The Contractor shall provide all specialized resources necessary to complete the Quality Assurance and Commissioning services.

The Chancery construction is required to achieve LEED Gold and Net Zero Emissions Ready certification for Building Design and Construction.

The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses.
