To provide mobile shredding services and removal and disposal of
shredded waste in accordance with the terms and conditions
specified herein. This Standing Offer is for the use of various
federal government departments and/or agencies within the City
of Winnipeg, Manitoba with the occasional service to rural
Manitoba as required. The period of the Standing Offer is for a
two year period form date of authorization (estimated May 1,
2013) with an additional period of one (1) additional option
period.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT)

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
